This 4" Steak Serrated Knife in Stainless VG10 Damascus Blade
The Stainless Damascus has 59-61 HRC hardness and high corrosion/rust resistance. The handle is fitted with blade Spanish high density micarta and the bolster is integrated into the billet, by rolling and building up the hilt area.

Truly a very low maintenance blade that is very sharp with a full hollow grind edge. Over time when the edge wears recommend using ceramic stones with appropriate lubricants to sharpen the blade.
